THE FASHION HOUSE
FOR CREATIVE AI
Built for forward-thinking creative directors.
Hang the collection and lock one frame. The house develops the season against it.
Four choices. Nothing to describe.
You direct. The house develops. You see every choice before you make it.
01Cast
Choose a model from the house, or bring your own. Several photographs become one reference every frame holds to.
02Hang the collection
Drop a folder, a selection, a single file. The house reads what came in and pairs the front and back of the same piece.
03Choose the ground
A studio sweep, a gallery wall, a morning street. Pick the room the collection lives in.
04Lock, then develop
One frame develops first. Lock it when it is right, and the rest develops while you are elsewhere.
One reference. Every frame.
Lock the frame that is right. 14 poses follow it, a walk and a close on the cloth among them. The model, the garment and the light hold across every one.

Brands with a collection and a Friday.
If you have garments, a date and an eye, the house has the darkroom.

The brand
Two hundred pieces landed this morning. The campaign is due Friday. No studio hold, no casting, no week of retouching.

The agency
Six collections a season, each with its own face. The look holds across every frame, every brief and every client.

The studio
The piece on the bench and the frame beside it. The same eye, the same standard, without the day it used to cost.
One membership. No meters on taste.
Every membership carries the whole house. What changes is how much you develop each month, and how long unspent grant waits.
Studio
$49/ month
1,300 tokens a month
About 100 frames at 2K: 20 looks, or 25 pieces from every angle.
One brand, a collection or two a season.
Nothing stacks. The month's grant is spent inside the month.
Editorial
$149/ month
5,100 tokens a month
About 392 frames at 2K: 78 looks, or 98 pieces from every angle.
A house shooting all season. Nearly 4 times Studio's frames at 3 times its price.
Unspent grant waits, up to 2 months' worth.
Couture
$399/ month
15,900 tokens a month
About 1,223 frames at 2K: 244 looks, or 305 pieces from every angle.
Agencies and full seasons. Several collections developing at once, each with its own face.
Unspent grant waits, up to 3 months' worth.
Top-ups
- 250 tokens — $10
- 1,000 tokens — $40
- 3,000 tokens — $120
- A frame costs 9 tokens at 1K, 13 at 2K and 19 at 4K. Removing a background costs 2. The price is on screen before you develop, never after.
- The same 2K frame costs $0.49 on Studio, $0.38 on Editorial and $0.33 on Couture.
- The monthly grant expires with its cycle. Top-ups never expire, and they cost more per token than every membership. That is deliberate: they are the overflow, not the plan.
- Counted above: a look is the locked frame and 4 variations, a piece is 4 packshot angles.
- Models bought from the house are bought with money, once. Tokens meter the developing and nothing else.
A door for the machines that work for you.
A develop is a job. Fire it, close the tab, and the house pushes the frame the moment it settles.
The house runs on an HTTP API, and its schema is published as OpenAPI. Every develop carries an idempotency key, so a retry never develops the same frame twice. A job belongs to the house rather than to a seat, so a run an agent starts is a run a director watches finish in the darkroom. Access is arranged with the invitation, the same as for a person.
Asked and answered.
Is there a prompt box?
No, and there never will be. You choose a model, a collection and a ground. The house composes what the frame needs and keeps that to itself.
Will the same model hold across a whole collection?
Yes. A model is several photographs of one person composed into a single reference, and every frame after the lock is developed against it.
Can I bring my own model?
Yes. Upload several photographs of the same person and the house composes the reference. One headshot is not enough — the frames need to see the face from more than one side.
Do I have to watch it develop?
No. Drop the collection, set the preset and leave. The house writes to you when the lookbook hangs, and you can start the next one while the first is still developing.
What quality do the frames come out at?
1K, 2K or 4K. You choose before you develop and the cost of that choice is on screen when you choose it — 9, 13 or 19 tokens a frame.
What is the difference between the memberships?
The size of the monthly grant and how long unspent grant may wait. Nothing else is gated: every membership carries the whole house at every quality. Studio grants 1,300 tokens a month and stacks nothing. Editorial grants 5,100 and lets 2 months' worth wait. Couture grants 15,900 and lets 3 months' worth wait. The larger the grant, the less each frame costs.
What happens to tokens I do not spend?
The monthly grant expires with its cycle, and your membership sets how much of it may wait for you: none on Studio, 2 months' worth on Editorial, 3 on Couture. Top-ups are bought outright and never expire.
Can an agent or a developer work the house?
Yes. The house runs on an HTTP API with a published OpenAPI schema, and a develop is a job: an agent fires it, walks away, and the house pushes the frame the moment it settles. Nothing polls. A job belongs to the house rather than to a seat, so a run an agent starts is a run a director watches finish in the darkroom. Access is arranged with the invitation, the same as for a person.
How do I get in?
FLAM opens by invitation. The first cohort is small and set up by hand. Write to us and tell us what you are shooting.
